Eco camp operations

Garden Escapes development is financed by sales of a limited edition cryptocurrency token, which represents the ownership in the project. This token will be sold per project to anybody that want to participate in financing. Our investors will be able to purchase it and sell it online or in person.

Each project is managed by the trust, setup for the particular project. The trust members may be the investors, people who bring expertise into the system or hired contractors. The purpose of the trust is to deliver the vision, maintain the operation and provide the feedback and know-how for the upcoming projects.

The trust may also qualify for financing through a variety of government and non-government programs and subsidies.

There will be several potential sources of revenue from the activities related to the campsite:

• Accommodation – tents, vans and cabins
• Restaurant, bar, store
• Educational courses related to sustainable living, technologies
• Classes – yoga, meditation, cooking etc
• Energy production and potential sales
• Various programs – adopt a site, adopt a tree etc
• Transportation
• Events – corporate, weddings etc
• Tours – explore what the neighbourhood has to offer.

Those revenue generating activities with time will bring profits. The profits are either reinvested to grow the ecosystem or used to buy back the tokens on the open market to create a liquidity.

Garden Escapes will start with a single, pilot location most likely in BC Canada and its aim is to build ecological campsites and educational centers around the world. The locations and the sequence of the development are selected by the token holders.
