- A platform to pitch a tent and lift it from the ground
- A roof that will provide shadow and protect it from the rain (sail, solar panels, green roof)
- A place to hang two hammocks
- A source of power to charge the electronics
- A green wall privacy (bushes, plants , actual green walls)
- An access to common areas including fully equipped self-serving kitchen, cold storage, toilets, showers, laundry, restaurant and bar
